Training

Strength Training

Our special TFW strength training routine is designed to increase overall strength, create lean muscle and burn fat. This challenging training program will educate you on proper technique and weight lifting protocols. Our strength training program is designed for any fitness level. A proper strength training routine is essential for long term fat loss and a healthy lifestyle.

Team Cardio Training

The unique TFW Energy circuits combine bodyweight, med balls, kettlebells, battleropes, resistance bands and a variety of other equipment to get you sweating and give you a great all body exercise. This is a fun and effective way to burn fat in the company of friends!

Hurricane

This is the signature TFW FAT BURNING WORKOUT!!! Science has show that slow long distance running is not as effective as higher intensity exercises. The HURRICANE uses sprinting to increase the body's metabolic rate, torch fat and keep the body burning calories long after you have left the gym. This exciting change from your regular routine will skyrocket your ability to lose body fat, get mentally tougher and improve cardiovascular capacity.

Kettlebell Training

Learn to use the Russian Kettlebell to help you lose fat and gain lean muscle. TFW NorCal has an official RKC Kettlebell Instructor on hand to help you safely learn how to use this fantastic fat burning tool.

TFW Warrior Challenge

Created to test the level of physical ability of an athlete and give him/her a ranking to better understand where he or she lies on the continuum of physical fitness.

Private Training / Semi–Private

These types of training classes are a great option for people who do not like crowds, need to train for a specific event (Spartan Race, BJJ tournament etc.) or just want individualized attention.
